“Promoting EU Guidelines on Human Rights Defenders” Case studies: DRC and India

This feedback seminar was intended to bring together lessons from two field workshops with human rights defenders and diplomats in Delhi and Kinshasa. The seminar took place on 8 September 2008 in Brussels, thanks to the support of the European Commission for the meeting venue. The overall project was made possible by funding from the Network of European Foundations (NEF). The seminar gathered 18 representatives of EU Member States and Institutions, NGOs and human rights defenders (HRDs) from India & DRC.
